Refund policy

Returns. Everything is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged or wrong item. Email shop.fundad.co@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. For a wrong item, include the packing slip in the photo if you have it. Choose a free replacement or a refund. You keep the original.

Holiday gifts. For orders delivered in November or December, you have through January 31 to report a damaged or wrong item.

Gift cards. Gift cards are not refundable, except where required by law.
