Shipping policy

Delivery time. Everything is made to order. U.S. orders are estimated to arrive in 5-9 business days: 2-5 days for production and 3-4 days for shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods like the holidays can take longer.

Separate packages. Hats and stickers may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Free shipping. U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free.

Lost package. Tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reship or refund it. If tracking says delivered but it isn't there, check with neighbors and your post office, then contact us.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. Packages returned for a wrong address can be reshipped, and reshipping costs apply.
